Opentech
Tailored Product based on Modern Framework

Carlo Camerata, CEO, Elvezio Camerata, Partner and Maurizio Rubin, Member of the board of directorsOpentech has adapted itself proficiently despite the “forced” distancing and proved to be the best partner for its clients. The company has managed to remain alongside its clients during this critical year, solving their problems and supporting them remotely that-- going beyond just providing a software solution.
The core of Opentech’s GO GRC Suite is the significant user experience and usability of the solutions. The company is committed to obtaining a modern user experience. Take the example of the GO Risk module. When a user logs into GO Risk, they will get user-configurable questionnaires and ad hoc features for risk management with dashboards and reports that highlight anomalies and offer real-time views to identify and evaluate relevant risks. The module will also give a holistic view of the present and past data and templates with standard contents that are compliant globally. “The user is always guided in navigating between functions and searching for data, as well as in the activities to be carried out, in order to reduce possible errors and always have the situation under control,” explains Maurizio Rubini, member of the board of directors, Opentech.
Even though the GO modules are integrable, they are also independent and follow single taxonomy. These modules are flexible because they can manage various methodologies for the different governance and control processes, as per the need of the specific customer. Whether the requirement is of broad corporate GRC or for a specific area such as GDPR, the platform supports such business modeling. The customers of Opentech range from banks to insurance companies and even hospitals, and hence, their solution offers such flexibility. One such customer was San Camillo Forlanini Hospital, one of the largest hospitals in Rome. The hospital is a center of excellence in many pathologies, and Opentech’s solution was supposed to monitor and guarantee the health and safety of 5000 health workers of the hospital. “We provided the GO Safety solution and the related assistance services, collaborating with the hospital managers in their delicate and crucial work for the management of health risks,” explains Rubini. The company also helped in fulfillment processes required by regulations, internal and mandatory by law.
Over the years of their existence, Opentech has stayed true to their motto to understand the customers’ needs and provide prompt and professional assistance, sometimes intervention of software developers when necessary. “Our work is aimed at obtaining solutions with attention to detail and quality of the ‘made in Italy’ product, and this makes us particularly proud,” ends Carlo Camerata, CEO, Opentech.
